G Hughes' Orange ginger Salmon Burgers

1 LB FRESH Salmon FILET • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil (For Cooking) • 1 CUP Green Onions (DiceD) • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (DICED) • 1/2 CUP GARBANZO BEAN FLOUR • 2 Lg Eggs (Lightly beaten) • 2TBSP Mayo • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley (Minced) • 1/2 CUP + 2 TBSP G Hughes Sugar Free Orange Ginger Marinade • (Salt & Pepper To Taste)

Pre-heat oven to 400˚F. Place salmon fillet skin side down on lightly greased baking sheet. Baste ½ cup of G Hughes Orange Ginger Marinade across top of filet. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Let filet cool slightly and flake apart with a fork.

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for oil. Mix thoroughly with a fork until lightly combined (Do not over mix). Cover bowl with film wrap and let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to remove excess moisture. Heat large heavy bottle skillet with the oil to medium heat. Portion the salmon burgers into 2-3 oz patties and lightly press into shape and pan fry for about 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with  G Hughes Sugar Free Orange Ginger Marinade for dipping.
