Recipes USING G Hughes SWEET & SPICY BBQ SAUCE
G Hughes' MAC & CHEESE CHICKEN BITES
1/2 Cup Cooked Diced or Shredded Chicken • 1 BOX OF MUSCLE MAC • 1 CUP GROUND PORK RIND CRUMBS (WE USED PORK KING GOOD SPICY CAJUN) • 1 CUP Favorite Shredded Cheese • 1/3 CUP 2% Milk • 1 Bottle G Hughes Sugar Free SWEET & SPICY BBQ SAUCE
Cook Muscle Mac-N-Cheese as the box suggests. During the last step of package instructions of adding the 1/3 of a cup of milk and cheese sauce mix add 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1/4 cup Pork Rind bread crumbs, cooked diced chicken, and a 1/4 of the bottle of BBQ. Let mixture cool for at least 30 minutes before rolling Mac-N-Cheese into balls. Pour remaining Pork Rind crumbs onto a plate. Begin to form chilled Mac-N-Cheese mix into balls and roll in pork rinds to coat. Place coated bites on dish and then into the freezer for at least 1 hour. Once bites are solid to the touch remove from freezer and cook in air fryer at 400 ˚F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the remaining bottle of G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ.
